WE DO NOT CHARGE A FEE TO FILL AN APPLICATION FOR A MORTGAGE.
ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE REFINANCE WILL BE DISCLOSED BY OUR LENDING PARTNER IN THE GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE INCLUDED IN THE LOAN PACKAGE.
The second transaction is the mortgage. The following information is needed.
1. The 2 most recent check stubs (consecutive), covering a 30-day period
2. The last 2 years wage statements (W2)
3. The last mortgage statement(s)
4. A copy of the home owner's insurance (declaration page)
5. The last tax bill
6. A copy of the existing mortgage NOTE
7. 2 most recent bank statements (include all numbered pages), 401K, and other assets.
8. 2 most recent federal tax returns
9. Self-employed Borrowers: A year-to-date profit and loss statement prepared by Accountant.
10. Social Security and Pension Recipients: Current year award letter and the last 2 years 1099 forms.
11. BanKruptcy during the last 7 years: Release and petition (including list of creditors).
12. Attorney's name, address, email, fax and phone number.
ALL APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT THE SAME TIME AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. PARTIAL DOCUMENTS WILL DELAY THE PROCESSING.
